"Yesterday's session was amazing. Difficult because I was dealing with something I have not gone near in years but also amazing because of what it made me consider regarding relationships. It was a good experience for me despite the fact that it upset my zone of normalcy and strained me to the core. I know it did a lot. When I left you, there were so many things racing around my mind that I actually had trouble figuring out where I was going and finding the subway station. Now that a day has passed I feel extraordinarily happy over the outcome of the session though I couldn't say exactly why yet. It is as though I sprouted wings and flew to a totally new height. It affected me positively somehow, maybe because I was able to see something in the world differently, or, that I learned something new. Or that I had learned that something I had accepted as fact was not necessarily a truth. Thanks again for helping me to move"

"Today's session blew me away... again. I received so much insight. Particularly the very end where you helped me realize that the flaws and negative sides of who I am are okay. As I was walking to work, I had the image of a cliff similar to one in the Grand Canyon cracking and falling down. It was a symbol to me of the "old" me. Afterwards I had a tremendous sense of euphoria. It is as if I had found a part of me that has been lost or missing, or is it about facing truths! Thank you for the incredible session and growth"
